The Broccolo Fiolaro is a brassicacea typical of the West of Vicenza with a unique look and taste in its species, rich yet not intrusive. It is particularly suitable to be consumed following its traditional recipe, boiled. For this reason, some time ago we risked and tried adding it as an ingredient to our musetto. he result was beyond our wildest predictions, with the two flavours blending perfectly, enriching one another. Savouring this musetto with a curious intense green color is an experience that deserves to be tried in order to re-experience our gamble and the pleasant surprise it was.
Available only during the winter in sizes of about 0.5-0.6 kg.
