From the encounter, at first sight risky, between our soprèssa and the famous passito wine of Alto Vicentino comes the Soprèssa with Breganze Torcolato DOC wine. The presence of this wine in the dough, in addition to the softening and seasoning the meat, helps leave the mouth pleasantly clean after tasting it.
Available in two sizes, large from 2,5 to 3,5 kg and mignon from about 1 kg.
