The Protected Designation of Origin distinguishes the Soprèssa Vicentina since 2003. Protected by strict regulations, it is produced exclusively with pigs born, raised and slaughtered in the Province of Vicenza, using all cuts of the pig, including the finest, in order to obtain a product of true excellence.
Available in two sizes, large which is around 3.5 kg and mignon around 1 kg, in both traditional varieties sweet and seasoned with garlic.
