A small indulgence… The otterzino is a spicy and seasoned cold cut made from the boneless loin of the pig. Very thin and soft but not stringy, naturally sweet and delicate. To enhance its sweetness at the end of the maturation we skin it and spray it with Breganze Torcolato D.O.C. wine, letting the otterzino soak in the aromas of this excellent passito… you be the judge of it.
