The lardo, spiced and seasoned, represented in the ancient rural society a precious reserve of fat for the kitchen, as well as a real delicacy. Our lardo is seasoned with fresh herbs and left to rest in salt in order to preserve and enhance
its sweetness and its aroma.
Available in vacuum sealed packs of 1-2 kg, or in slices of about 300 g.
