Fresh salame

The fresh salame, “da ferri”, along with the soprèssa represents one of the most characteristic products of Vicenza’s norcineria, so much so that it is tradition to taste it on the occasion of San Vincenzo’s feast. It is eaten fresh, sliced and grilled or sautéed for a few minutes, so that the centre remains lightly tinted pink.

Available in sizes of 0.65-0.8 kg, or in vacuum sealed packages of 1-2 salami or the whole salame.

To be consumed after careful cooking.
