Cooked in the traditional way, in boiling water, for at least 2-3 hours, blast chilled, drained and packaged. You only need a few minutes to bring it back to life, in hot water or microwave, without the burden of having to drain the grease, like in normal pre-cooked items, tasting the flavour like if it was just made.
