Soprèssa is the most characteristic cured meat of the Venetian tradition. Produced with the finest pig cuts, its balance between fat and lean parts gives it extraordinary sweetness and softness, even after a long ageing.

Available in two sizes, large from 2,5 to 3,5 kg and mignon size of about 1 kg, in both traditional varieties sweet and seasoned with garlic.
