Like the traditional salame, the salame of the convent is characterized by its greater softness compared to the soprèssa.
The longer ageing doesn’t affect the softness and freshness, on the other hand it enhances these characteristics, combining them with the unique “convent” aromas.

Available in sizes of about 0.7 kg, in both traditional varieties sweet and seasoned with garlic. Available in sizes 2 kg also.
